Membership Terms

Summary

• Membership, upgraded (October 10, 2026). Every member gets a member price on every service — never less than 10% below the regular price, and often more — including package-level pricing on most lasers and devices without buying a package. No package is required; a member who buys a package pays their member price for each session in it (updated October 23, 2026). Tox and filler keep their own member pricing.
• The Beauty Bank is our membership. The Voucher Membership is closed to new enrollment but not discontinued: existing voucher members keep their plan as it is and receive every upgraded benefit.
• Membership is membership. Every member benefit, including any we add in the future, applies equally to Voucher and Beauty Bank members. The type you choose is only how your monthly payment is held.
• Voucher Membership ($100 or $200/month, existing members): one service voucher each month, from your tier's menu. At your request, vouchers can also be applied as RELUXE account credit at full face value toward any service or product, and you pay any difference.
• Beauty Bank Membership ($150 or $250/month): that amount is added to your Beauty Bank as RELUXE account credit, dollar for dollar.
• Rollover: Unused vouchers and Beauty Bank credit roll over for as long as your membership is active.
• If you cancel a Beauty Bank: you keep full access to your balance. Anything still unused after 90 days becomes a RELUXE gift card of equal value — nothing is forfeited.
• If you cancel a Voucher Membership: you have 90 days to use remaining vouchers, after which they expire.
• Minimum commitment: Beauty Bank Memberships require three monthly billing cycles. Exception: memberships opened under a written invitation offer that states a shorter minimum follow that offer's terms.
• Cancellation: at least 30 days' written notice before your next billing date. Email help@reluxemedspa.com or notify the front desk.
• Pauses: one pause (1–2 months) per 12-month period.
• Moving to a Beauty Bank is optional. Voucher members may move at any time; unused vouchers convert to RELUXE account credit at full face value.
• Regular price only. Member pricing and member discounts apply to regular-priced services, packages and products. They do not apply to special or promotional pricing (Beauty Bash, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, specials, sale packages or any other promotion) unless the offer explicitly says so. Where both exist, you pay the lower price, not both. See Regular Price Only.

Member Benefits

Every active member, on either membership type, receives:

• A member price on every service. Each service has a member price that is at least 10% below its regular price. Some are lower still — for example, set member prices on select facials and massage. Current member prices are listed on our pricing page. Where a service has no listed member price, members receive 10% off its regular price.
• Package pricing without a package. On laser hair removal (standard, large and X-large areas), IPL, ClearLift, ClearSkin, Morpheus8 (face and neck, neck, and body), Morpheus8 face, Morpheus8 under-eye and EvolveX, the member price of a single session is at or below the per-session price of our package, so no package purchase is needed to receive package-level pricing. Other lasers and devices receive their listed member price.
• Member packages. Members pay their member price on every visit; no package is required. Discounts never stack. When a member buys a package (a series length we offer as a package), they pay their member price for each session in it, and never more than a non-member pays for the same package. For a service without its own member price (one at the standard 10% off), a member pays the package price less 10%. Example: three Morpheus8 face and neck sessions are a $3,000 package; at the $950 member price, a member pays $2,850 for it. Laser hair removal has its own member package price by the size of the area ($375 small, $1,200 standard, $2,000 large and $3,600 X-large for 8 sessions), and a second area’s package is half price. This applies to memberships that begin on or after October 23, 2026. Memberships that began before October 23, 2026 keep the prepaid-series pricing in effect when they enrolled.
• Tox: the member per-unit rate on every unit, from the first unit.
• Filler: $50 off each syringe (including each vial of Sculptra).
• Products: 15% off.
• A complimentary monthly sauna session.

Your provider customizes your treatment, so your final price depends on the treatment you receive. Member pricing applies while your membership is active and ends at cancellation.

Regular Price Only

Every member benefit above that is a price or a discount — member prices on services, member package pricing, $50 off filler, the tox member rate and 15% off products — applies to the regular price of a service, package or product.

• Member pricing and member discounts do not apply to anything already on special or promotional pricing, and cannot be combined with it. That includes Beauty Bash and After Party pricing, Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals, offers on our Specials page, sale or flash-sale packages, introductory and new-patient offers, and any other promotion or promo code.
• If a service, package or product has both a member price and a promotional price, you pay whichever is lower. The two are never added together.
• A promotion that is extended to members on top of member pricing will say so explicitly in its own terms. If it does not say so, this rule applies.
• Your Beauty Bank credit (and voucher credit) is payment, not a discount, so you can use it toward a promotional offer like any other payment.

The Two Membership Types

The Beauty Bank Membership is the membership we offer. The Voucher Membership is closed to new enrollment as of October 10, 2026, and continues unchanged for existing voucher members. Both types receive the same member benefits above; the only difference is what is added to your account each month.

Membership is membership. Any member benefit or member pricing we add in the future applies to both membership types the same day it applies to either. A voucher or a Beauty Bank is a way to pay, not a different level of membership.

Voucher Membership. Each month you receive one voucher, redeemable for a service from your tier's menu. Vouchers may be shared with a family member and may be banked for later use while your membership is active.

Using vouchers as account credit. You are never limited to your tier's menu. At your request, any unused voucher can be applied as RELUXE account credit at full face value toward any service or product at either location — a $100 voucher is $100 of credit, so three $100 vouchers are $300. If what you are buying costs more than the credit, you pay the difference. Credit converted from vouchers follows the same rules as the vouchers it came from, including the 90-day period after cancellation described below. You stay on your Voucher Membership; no switch is required.

Beauty Bank Membership. Each month, your payment is deposited into your Beauty Bank as RELUXE account credit on a dollar-for-dollar basis — a $150 payment adds $150 in credit, and a $250 payment adds $250. Beauty Bank credit may be applied toward any service or product at either location. Beauty Bank credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Billing & Payment

You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file. Your billing date is set when you enroll and stays the same each month. If a payment fails, we'll notify you and retry. If we're unable to collect payment after a reasonable period, membership benefits may be suspended until billing is resolved.

Beauty Bank Memberships require a minimum of three monthly billing cycles. Your deposited credits remain yours to use regardless of when you cancel.

Invitation offers may set a shorter minimum. From time to time we extend a written invitation to a specific group of patients that states its own minimum commitment — for example, a single billing cycle. Where a written offer states a shorter minimum, that offer governs, and cancelling at the end of it carries no charge-back of the promotional value. The terms you were sent are the terms that apply to you.

Otherwise, if you enroll on a promotional rate or a free or discounted first month and cancel before meeting the three-cycle minimum, the value of the promotional incentive may be charged to the payment method on file.

Beauty Bank welcome offers. From time to time we add a welcome gift when you start a Beauty Bank Membership inside a stated offer window — usually bonus Beauty Bank credit. The offer running now, if any, is under Current Offer below, with its own dates. One welcome gift per membership. A welcome gift is a promotional incentive: if you cancel before meeting the three-cycle minimum, its value may be charged to the payment method on file. For bonus credit, that value is the face amount of the credit you have used; for a treatment gift, it is the member price of that treatment. Bonus credit is removed at cancellation: any unused welcome credit is removed from your Beauty Bank when you cancel, at any time, and it is not part of the balance that converts to a RELUXE gift card 90 days after cancellation. Your own monthly payments are never charged back. The offer terms shown when you enroll, and named in the consent you accept at checkout, are the ones that apply to you.

Current Offer

Promotional Bank Dollars

Your Beauty Bank can hold two kinds of RELUXE account credit. Money you put in — your monthly dues, deposits, money you add, and payments made through a pay link — is always yours, and follows the credit and gift-card rules on this page. Promotional Bank dollars (promo dollars) are anything RELUXE gives you: welcome or join bonuses, savings-back credit, referral rewards, contest or giveaway credit, offers, and gifts. Promo dollars are added to your Beauty Bank as RELUXE account credit, but we track them separately from your own money.

• Promo dollars are not cash. They are not refundable, are never paid out, and are not converted to a RELUXE gift card at cancellation.
• Promo dollars may require an active membership to use, and may carry an expiration date. If they do, we tell you when they are added.
• Unused promo dollars are removed when a membership ends.
• Promo dollars you have already spent are never charged back, with one exception: welcome credit used before you complete the three-payment minimum, as described under Beauty Bank welcome offers.

Rollover

Unused vouchers and unused Beauty Bank credit roll over month to month, with no cap, for as long as your membership is active. Many members deliberately bank several months of credit and apply it toward a larger treatment such as a quarterly tox appointment.

If You Cancel a Beauty Bank Membership

Cancellation

To cancel your membership, email help@reluxemedspa.com or speak with the front desk at either location. We ask for at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date. Your membership benefits continue through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for previously charged months.

Voucher Memberships: after cancellation, you have 90 days to use any remaining vouchers. Unused vouchers expire after this grace period.

Beauty Bank Memberships: require a minimum of three monthly billing cycles, unless you joined under a written invitation offer stating a shorter minimum, in which case that offer governs. After the minimum is met you may cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Your remaining balance stays fully available and converts to a gift card at 90 days if unused, as described above — there is no grace period to race against.

Pauses

Need a break? You can pause your membership for 1–2 months, once per 12-month period. During a pause, billing is suspended and your vouchers and Beauty Bank credit are preserved. Contact us at help@reluxemedspa.com to request a pause — we'll confirm the dates and when billing resumes.

Changing Your Membership

Beauty Bank members can move between the $150 and $250 tiers at their next billing date. Voucher members can move to a Beauty Bank Membership at their next billing date, and can move between the $100 and $200 voucher tiers. Because the Voucher Membership is closed to new enrollment, a Beauty Bank member cannot move to a Voucher Membership. Contact us and we'll make the change. Beauty Bank credit you have already accrued stays in your Beauty Bank; unused vouchers remain redeemable while your membership stays active.

Converting vouchers to Beauty Bank credit. If you move from a Voucher Membership to a Beauty Bank Membership, any unused vouchers convert to RELUXE account credit at full face value — a $100 voucher becomes $100 of credit and a $200 voucher becomes $200. That credit is deposited into your Beauty Bank and is then governed by the Beauty Bank credit policy above. Nothing is forfeited in the conversion.

Moving is entirely optional. The Voucher Membership is closed to new enrollment but is not discontinued, and nothing about an existing voucher plan changes unless you ask. If your monthly voucher suits how you book, no action is needed — you can already use vouchers as account credit (see Using vouchers as account credit). Either way, your member benefits are the same.

Changes to Membership

We may modify or discontinue membership benefits with prior notice by email or on this page. We'll always give you reasonable advance notice of any material changes.

Common Questions

Policy Version That Applies

The version of these terms in effect on your enrollment date applies to your membership. Updates apply prospectively only. The Last Updated date at the top of this page is the version pointer.

Upgrades reach every current member. A change that only adds to or improves member benefits, such as the member pricing upgrade of October 10, 2026, applies to every current member, including existing Voucher members, from the date it takes effect. A change that would reduce your benefits or raise what you pay applies only to memberships that begin after it takes effect.
