- Memberships bill monthly until canceled.
- Credits roll over as long as your membership is active.
- After cancellation, you have 90 days to use any remaining credits.
- Cancellation requires at least 30 days’ written notice before your next billing date.
- You may pause your membership for 1–2 months, once per 12-month period.

- All package sales are final — no cash refunds.
- Packages and vouchers are valid for 24 months from purchase date.
- If you stop using a package early, the remaining balance can be converted to RELUXE account credit.
- Account credit = the price you paid minus the retail value of services you already used (services used valued at full retail).
- No-shows, late cancellations, and partial sessions count as used.
- Cherry-financed packages: Cherry payments continue independently — we cannot stop them.

- Gift cards are redeemable for products, services, and tips at either location.
- Gift cards stack with packages, memberships, account credit, and other offers.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value (except as required by law).
- Promotional bonus cards cannot be redeemed during the active promotion period or within 7 days of purchase — whichever is later.
- Lost/stolen physical cards may not be replaced. Lost digital codes may be re-sent if verifiable.

- Opened skincare products: returnable within 14 days for RELUXE account credit or exchange.
- Unopened products: returnable within 30 days for full refund to original tender.
- Defective items: replacement, exchange, or full refund within 30 days (or 7 days of delivery).
- Refunds go to original tender; mixed-tender purchases refund proportionally.
- Sales tax is refunded with the eligible product return.
- Gift cards, packages, vouchers, and prescription products are final sale.

- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $50 fee.
- Rescheduling is always free with 24 or more hours of notice.
- After-hours messages are timestamped when received — evening/weekend texts still count toward the 24-hour window.
- Genuine emergencies and weather closures are reviewed case-by-case.

- Aesthetic treatments are personalized medical services and are non-refundable.
- If you have a concern, schedule a follow-up so your provider can assess in person.
- Within 2 weeks: ideal time for adjustments, touch-ups, or refinement.
- After 2 weeks: still happy to see you — adjustments may be more limited.

- Packages: not refundable to original tender; convertible to RELUXE account credit.
- Gift cards: not refundable; non-transferable after purchase.
- Services rendered: non-refundable.
- Memberships: prorated/credited per Membership Terms.
- Cherry-financed purchases: refunds become account credit — your Cherry loan continues independently.
