Every dollar you contribute to your Beauty Bank stays yours. Period. Anything we give you, like a welcome gift, a join bonus or a referral reward, is promo dollars. They sit in your Beauty Bank too, but they come with conditions: they work while your membership is active, may carry an expiration date, and are removed if your membership ends. They never become a gift card. Each offer’s terms are shown when you get it.

What is the catch?

There isn’t one, and you can check. Every price is on this page. You always know what you are spending, because it’s the whole deal: $150 or $250 a month, and you get the services you need on the timeline that fits. Every dollar you pay into your Beauty Bank is banked as credit, yours to spend, and it never expires while you’re a member. There is a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel any time with 30 days notice. If you cancel, the unused balance from your payments becomes a RELUXE gift card of equal value after 90 days. The price on the page is the price you pay. That’s the whole model.

I am too busy to be consistent. Is this for me?

Consistent doesn’t mean coming in like clockwork every month. It can mean having the money already in your Beauty Bank when an afternoon opens up, or one day a season that belongs to you. Your credit never expires while you’re a member, so your plan waits for your life, not the other way around.

Do I get $150 in credit for $150?

Accepted Answer

Yes — dollar for dollar. A $150 payment adds $150 to your Beauty Bank. A $250 payment adds $250. The membership pays for itself through member pricing: your $150 buys a Signature Facial at the member price of $100, so $50 stays in your Bank.

What happens to my Beauty Bank if I cancel?

You keep the money you put in. Cancelling doesn’t touch it: you can keep spending it on services and products exactly as before. If any of it is still unused 90 days after you cancel, we convert it to a RELUXE gift card of equal value, and gift cards don’t expire. So your money is never forfeited. What ends at cancellation is member pricing, promo credit and member-only benefits.

Which level should I start on?

If you’re coming in for tox every few months, or one facial or massage a month, $150 covers it. If you combine injectables with facials, massage, laser or skincare through the year — or you’re building toward something bigger — $250 is the better fit. When you genuinely can’t tell, start at $150: you can move up at any time and your banked credit comes with you.

What does member pricing include?

A member price on every service, always at least 10% below the regular price and often much more: a Signature Facial is $100 instead of $150, and lasers and devices are priced like a package, one session at a time, with no package to buy. No package needed, and a member package is simply the member price for every session. Tox has its own per-unit member rate, filler is $50 off every syringe, and products are 15% off. Question 13

Does member pricing work on specials and sales?

Accepted Answer

No. Member pricing and member discounts apply to regular-priced services, packages and products. They don’t stack on top of special or promotional pricing, like Beauty Bash, Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals, our specials or sale packages, unless the offer says it does. If something has both a member price and a sale price, you pay the lower one. Your Beauty Bank credit still works as payment on any sale.

What happened to the Voucher Membership?

We’ve upgraded our membership. The $100 and $200 voucher plans are no longer offered to new members, and the Beauty Bank is our membership now. If you already have a voucher membership, nothing changes unless you want it to: your plan keeps working as it does today, and you get every upgraded member benefit too.

Do vouchers expire?

Vouchers never expire while your membership is active. If you cancel a Voucher Membership, you have 90 days to use any unused vouchers, after which they expire. (This is the one place the two memberships genuinely differ: on a Beauty Bank, the 90-day mark converts your balance to a gift card instead of forfeiting it.)

I have a voucher membership. Do I get the new member pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Membership is membership, so every upgraded benefit applies to your voucher plan automatically. You don’t need to do anything. If you’d rather bank your monthly payment as credit, you can move to a Beauty Bank any time, and your unused vouchers come with you at full face value: a $100 voucher becomes $100 of credit, a $200 voucher becomes $200. Ask the front desk at either location or give us a call.

Can I share my membership?

Vouchers can be shared with a family member. Beauty Bank credit is tied to your account while the membership is active.

Can I use my membership at both locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Vouchers, Beauty Bank credit, and member pricing all work at Westfield and Carmel (massage, CO₂ and a few devices are Westfield-only).
