Krista, NP

Krista is a Nurse Practitioner, Carmel native, and the lead injector at RELUXE Med Spa. With over 12 years of professional healthcare experience, she brings an unmatched blend of advanced medical training, artistry, and a true passion for aesthetics.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Southern Indiana—where she was also a collegiate volleyball athlete—Krista began her career in the Cardiovascular ICU at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville. While working as a charge nurse, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing, graduating in 2020 and becoming board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She went on to practice in cardiology-electrophysiology and pulmonary critical care before transitioning into aesthetics.

In early 2023, Krista pursued advanced injector training at the highly accredited National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, and launched her own concierge injectable business, Shea Aesthetics. By the end of the year, she followed her passion full-time, joining RELUXE Med Spa to deliver safe, natural, and results-driven treatments. She is proud to share her love for aesthetics alongside her sister, Anna, RELUXE’s licensed aesthetician, making patient care a family commitment.

Krista is dedicated to continuing education and advanced training, staying at the forefront of new products, technologies, and injection techniques. Her goal is to create individualized treatment plans that provide natural rejuvenation and long-term results—helping patients look refreshed, balanced, and confident while maintaining their unique beauty.

Outside the clinic, Krista enjoys life with her husband, Jordan, and their two children. She loves golfing, working out, tackling home DIY projects, traveling, and cheering at sporting events and concerts.
