Never been to a med spa? Here is everything that happens from the moment you walk in — no jargon, no pressure, no surprises.

Walking into a med spa for the first time can feel intimidating. What do you wear? Will they try to sell you everything? Does it hurt? We hear these questions every day — and we love them, because it means you are doing your research. Here is exactly what a first visit to RELUXE looks like.

Before You Arrive

No special prep is needed for a consultation. Come with a clean face if you can, but it is not required. Wear whatever you are comfortable in. If you have specific concerns, jot them down so you do not forget to mention them. That is it.

The Consultation

Your provider will sit with you one-on-one and ask about your goals, medical history, and any concerns. This is a conversation — not a pitch. A good provider will tell you what you need, what you do not need, and what can wait. Be honest about your budget. We will work within it.

First Visit Checklist

What Will Not Happen

  • You will not be pressured to buy anything
  • You will not be talked into treatments you did not ask about
  • You will not leave feeling confused or overwhelmed
  • You will not be judged for being a first-timer

What Happens After

If you decide to move forward with a treatment, your provider will walk you through every step — what it feels like, how long it takes, what to expect during healing, and when to come back. If you want to think about it, that is completely fine. There is zero pressure to commit on the spot.

💡Our VIP membership starts at $100/month and includes a monthly treatment voucher. Many first-time patients find it is the easiest way to get started with consistent care.
