Black Friday & Cyber Monday questions

When is Black Friday 2026 at RELUXE?

It starts early, with four full weeks: Tox Week (Oct 30 – Nov 7), Laser Week (Nov 8–14), Member Appreciation Week (Nov 15–21), then Black Friday Week (Nov 22–30), through Cyber Monday. Tox Week opens Friday morning; every other week opens Sunday evening. The clinic is closed on Thanksgiving, and you can shop online all day.

Should I wait for Black Friday to buy?

There is no reason to wait. Black Friday is never a better price than the original week: Tox Week and Laser Week offers come back for Black Friday Week at the same price. Every deal is ready to use the day you buy it, so buying early gives you more of November to use it.

What are the Black Friday door busters?

One a day during Black Friday Week: a Premium Glow facial 4-pack (Glo2Facial or HydraFacial) on Black Friday, a 60-minute massage 5-pack on Small Business Saturday (Westfield), and peels on Cyber Monday. Door buster prices are revealed on the day.

What are the Cyber Monday deals?

Cyber Monday, November 30, is online only and the last call for November. The door busters are BioRePeel and The Perfect Derma Peel, and Tox Week and Laser Week offers, filler and Sculptra are on sale through the end of the day.

When can I use a November deal?

As soon as you buy it. Every deal is ready to book the day you purchase, Black Friday and Cyber Monday included. Filler and Sculptra treatments start in December, because that is when our filler injector is available.

Will the deals come back on Black Friday?

Tox Week and Laser Week offers come back during Black Friday Week (Nov 22–30) at the same price. Member Appreciation Week offers are that week only. Buying during the week gives you the most of November to use it.

Can I talk to someone before I buy?

Yes. Tox Week opens Friday, Oct 30, and every other week opens Sunday evening and runs through Saturday, so our team can answer your questions by phone during business hours at (317) 763-1142. You can also text us anytime, and we will reply when we are open.

Do members get an extra 10% off deals?

No. The 10% member discount applies to regular-price services. Members get their own offers and bonuses instead, like 10% more units on Bankable Jeuveau.

How does Bankable Jeuveau work?

You buy 50, 100 or 200 units of Jeuveau now and they stay on your account. Use them however you want across the year, any area, all at once or a few at a time; your injector confirms your dose at each visit. Beauty Bank members get 10% more units on 100 and 200, used last and kept while they are a member.

Do I need a consultation first?

For lasers, energy devices and injectables, a provider confirms you are a good candidate before your first treatment. Your first visit can include that conversation.

Which location are the deals at?

Both RELUXE Westfield and RELUXE Carmel, except CO₂ and massage, which are at Westfield.
